Spile terms of service

These terms apply to the Spile app and the connector at mcp.getspile.app, published by Rainshadow Software. By using Spile you agree to them.

Who may use Spile

You must be of legal drinking age in your country or region. Spile does not sell, deliver or promote the sale of alcohol.

Your content

You own what you write. You give Spile permission to store and display it as the app's features require, including to other signed-in people where you share it. Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

The catalog

Catalog information is provided as is and may contain errors. Bottles you submit may be reviewed, edited or rejected.

Availability and liability

Spile is provided as is, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Rainshadow Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
